Fine Art Lumen Book

Our book, our little baby, is finally out there in the world!

My three classmates and I are so proud of what we’ve accomplished with the project. We are the smallest class of Biocommunications students to publish a book, and I think the document we created speaks to our individuality. You can think of it as a photography book, or a fine art book, or a coffee table book, or the perfect gift for everyone on your list. It’s all of those things. The book is also a fundraiser for the Randolph Community College Foundation. All our profits go towards student scholarships. How cool is that?

You can purchase the book through Blurb here – Lumen III: Impressions of Light

When you click through to Blurb you get to see a small preview of the book which will give you an idea of what to expect. I think you’ll love it.

Thank you so much for your support!

and the wind blew

Spent some time outside this afternoon trying to take pictures of a little vase I found at the thrift shop. vase-6 vase-54

Isn’t it funny that the mistake is the one I like best of all? The wind blew all my bits all over the place, I spent the next 30 minutes fixing and fussing, only to upload and find that I should have stopped after the big gust.
